Planoette Intensive Clinic Registration - 2026-2027

Basketball Game Participation

• All Intensive dancers are invited to participate in the Halftime performance with the Planoettes at the PSHS Boys Basketball game on Tuesday, December 8th at 5:30pm. 

• Dancers should wear their clinic t-shirt, black leggings, and black jazz shoes (or tennis shoes if they don't own jazz shoes). 

• Dancers must check-in by 5:20pm to perform at halftime.
  
  

• Admission to the basketball game for Intensive participants is free. Parents and additional family members may purchase tickets for the game online through the Hometown Ticketing website if they wish to attend.  The link will be sent in your receipt email and can be purchased the week of the game.

I do hereby give representatives of the Planoettes permission to seek medical help for my child in the event of an emergency.  I further understand that the Planoettes, PISD, and its representatives assume no liability should an emergency occur.  I also give permission for all photos and videos of my child obtained by the Planoettes be used in any and all media pertaining to the Planoettes, and exclusively for the purpose of promoting this spirit groups. 

By selecting "Yes," I, the parent/guardian of the student named above, agree to release to the District the student's name, voice, verbal statements, portraits (video or still) and consent to their use by the District.

If selecting "No" please speak to a volunteer.

By typing my name above, I affirm that I have read all of the above information and agree to comply with the guidelines therein and allow my daughter to participate in the Drill Team/Dance Clinic.
