Game Day
Football Game Participation All clinic dancers are invited to participate pre-game and first quarter with the Planoettes at the Football Game on Friday, October 9th at Clark Stadium. Dancers should wear their clinic t-shirt, comfortable shorts/leggings, and tennis shoes to dance in. Come join us under the Planoette Tents for our weekly tailgate starting at 5:00pm. Food and Drinks are served for donations. EVERYONE IS WELCOME!!! Dancers will meet at the South Gate on the Home side of the Stadium at 6:00 pm. (Participants must check-in between 6:00 – 6:20 p.m. to participate in pre-game!) Parents should pick up their child at the same location at the end of the first quarter inside the gate. Cost for clinic participants to attend the game is included in the clinic fee. Parents and additional family members may purchase tickets for the game online through the Hometown Ticketing website if they wish to attend. The link will be sent in your receipt email and can be purchased the week of the game. Will your daughter be participating in the Football Game on October 9th?*

Releases
Liability - Parent Acknowledgment* I do hereby give representatives of the Planoettes permission to seek medical help for my child in the event of an emergency. I further understand that the Planoettes, PISD, and its representatives assume no liability should an emergency occur. I also give permission for all photos and videos of my child obtained by the Planoettes be used in any and all media pertaining to the Planoettes, and exclusively for the purpose of promoting this spirit groups. District Photo Release - Parent Permission* By selecting "Yes," I, the parent/guardian of the student named above, agree to release to the District the student's name, voice, verbal statements, portraits (video or still) and consent to their use by the District.
